That's going to make a difference on the options. If they don't, I would recommend checking out some of Jay Shafer's plans for larger homes (i.e. more than 150 square feet). His typically run arounf$ 400-$500. You may also want to look at some of the small home plan books at your local bookstore. Unfortunately, architectural plans don't come cheap most of the time. I've seen anything from $300 to upwards of $5000 when it comes to plans for a larger house with an architectural stamp.
